About Us
Headquartered in Fair Lawn, NJ, Tasker Products Corp. was formed as a publicly traded corporation in 1999 under the name of Tasker Capital Corporation. Tasker's first consumer product was Breath Rephresh, an oral hygiene breath drink using the pHarlo anti-microbial technology. In 2004, Tasker reorganized to utilize the pHarlo technology in a wide range of consumer products and food processing applications that are environmentally safe. It quickly introduced a new consumer breath hygiene drink trademarked as Close Call®, which gained traction in the United States In July 2005, Tasker secured the utility patent applications and sub-license agreement for the pHarlo technology and opened a manufacturing facility in Conroe, TX where all of Tasker's products are currently produced.
Utilizing the pHarlo technology, Tasker continued its development of products in the areas of food processing, agriculture, seafood, cosmetics, pet care and water treatment. In November 2005, Tasker streamlined its operations and began to focus on marketing agriculture, seafood and food processing products. Currently, Tasker markets and manufactures Unifresh® Footbath Concentrate, an antibacterial solution that helps control foot rot and heel wart infections in dairy cows, Tasker Blue, an antimicrobial solution used at several stations on the poultry processing line, and Pacific Blue Seafood Spray, an antibacterial spray designed to reduce odor and spoilage behind the retail fish counter.
Today, Tasker remains focused on becoming a leading specialty Eco-chemical company with products in the agriculture, seafood and food processing industries.
