The Dairy Industry: Unifresh® and SaniPhresh®
Tasker Products currently markets two footbath concentrates, grooming aids that help clean and disinfect the hooves of dairy cows. Because of the bacteriostatic properties of the pHarlo technology contained in Unifresh and SaniPhresh, we help control the bacteria that infect the hooves of cows causing papillomatous digital dermatitis, also known as hairy heel warts. These products are currently being sold to dairy farms throughout the U.S. via farm product distributors.
The Poultry Industry: Tasker Blue®
Tasker Blue is used in the poultry processing industry to inhibit pathenogenic bacteria such as Salmonella. It is approved by the USDA for use in pre-evisceration processes, however we are currently undertaking validation testing at the OLR and chiller steps in order to provide end-to-end service throughout the process. Our goal is to be the most effective one-chemical solution for microbial reduction in the poultry processing industry.
The Seafood Industry: Pacific Blue®
Pacific Blue™ Seafood Wash is an antibacterial treatment that reduces pathogens, eliminates odors and extends the shelf life of seafood products. It may be used as a spray, wash or a dip by seafood processors who wish to add value to their product, or as an easy-to-use spray by retailers who wish to prolong the freshness of their product. All ingredients in Pacific Blue are Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA, and additional labeling is not required.
